All records, documents, reports, investigation findings, memorandum, emails, correspondence or materials about, mentioning, or pertaining to Robert Hugh Wilson aka "Standing Deer" (August 26, 1932 - January 20, 2003) referenced by the The Houston Chronicle on August 3, 2016 under the headline "Maryland man sentenced in slaying of American Indian activist" (a copy is attached in .pdf form) and also referenced in United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. Stephen Michael Berry, Robert Hugh Wilson, and Donald Generichardson, Defendants-appellants, 560 F.2d 861 (also attached). Please include any “cross-referenced” records relevant to this inquiry, ELSUR records, Sentinel database, the Investigative Data Warehouse, and the Data Integration and Visualization System.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
