This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all information relating to the FBI investigation in the 1970s-80s of "Star Distributors Ltd.". Star Distributors Ltd. was located on 150 Lafayette Street, in Manhattan, and was operated by: Theodore Rothstein (president), Robert DiBernardo (trite president), and Nathan Cramer (secretary‐treasurer). Others associated with Star Distributors include: Michael Zaffarano (Named on page 20: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4nJY9P7mbBab0Q1eXhLeF83bkE/view).
On Sunday, The New York Times reported that witnesses at public hearings of the New York State Commission of Investigation in 1970 had linked Star Distributors, Ltd., and Robert Di Bernardo to the New Jersey crime family led by De Cavalcante.

The officers of Star Distributors are Theodore Rothstein, president: Robert DiBernardo, trite president, and Nathan Cramer, secretary‐treasurer. Mr. DiBernardo is listed by the New York police and the Justice Department as a member of the Mafia family of Sam DeCavalcante, which is based in New Jersey.

Robert DiBernardo, 34, 1018 Water Edge Place, Hewlitt, L.I., nine counts. Officer of Star Distributors Ltd., 150 Lafayette Street. He is described by the Justice Department as a soldier in the DeCavalcante Mafia family and was cited by State Attorney General Louis J. Lefkowitz two weeks ago as a participant in a stock fraud.
