This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request any records on Shirley Temple Black. Her death is well publicized, and she is known for being a U.S. ambassador.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest, as her contributions to America are well known and she is a public figure. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if possible or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated due diligence in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am narrowing my request to all records regarding Shirley Temple Black in Czechoslovakia, between August 3, 1989 and July 12, 1992.
Health insurance premium records, correspondence, personnel files would be appreciated. Also would be appreciated would be copies of the Foreign Service List and the Biographic Register pages that would note her and were published during the time period of 1989 and 1992.
I am limiting my request to only three hours of search.
