All documents pertaining to the National Gang Center "Street Gang Investigator Training" including materials for all modules of the "in-class" and "online" segments. This includes (not exclusively):
- Presentation file(s) or slides for both the webinar and in-class presentations;
- Internal notes regarding the webinar and in-class presentations;
- Video or audio recording(s) of the webinar and in-class presentations;
- Emails regarding the webinar and in-class presentations;
- Materials concerning the approval, evaluation, and critique of class materials and instructors.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

On 2/28/2023, I submitted the attached request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Despite my correspondence, I have received no acknowledgement of my request and it has not been given a final determination nor have I been furnished an estimated completion date.
As twenty working days have elapsed without a substantive determination, I am appealing the constructive denial of my request, and asking for a determination that the agency must respond to my request, providing the documents or outlining reasons that they are exempt.
