My request regards Ronald A. Duchin, who joined the US Army in 1959 and who died December 21, 2010, according to the Washington Post obituary available here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/01/24/AR2011012405821.html
I hereby request a releasable copy of Duchin's Official Military Personnel File and a releasable copy of Duchin's Official Personnel Folder.
