I am seeking additional information about suicide in the military beyond what is presented in the attached 2022 Annual Report on Suicide in the Military.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

For the years 2015-2023:
1) the number of suicides of military service members (active duty, reserve, national guard, and military family members) by state;
2) the number of suicides of military service members (active duty, reserve, national guard, and military family members) by state and means;
3) the number of suicides of military service members (active duty, reserve, national guard, and military family members) by state and means and precise location (private residence, barracks, etc);
4) the number of suicides of military service members (active duty, reserve, national guard, and military family members) by facility;
5) the number of suicides of military service members (active duty, reserve, national guard, and military family members) by facility and means;
6) the number of suicides of military service members (active duty, reserve, national guard, and military family members) by facility and means and precise location (private residence, barracks, etc).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
