This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program's Benefit Redemption Division Annual Report for FY 2000 through FY 2011.
The only one currently posted is FY 2010:

Also provide an explanation of how the Benefit Redemption Division defines these "Firm Types" listed in the FY 2010 report. The report says that "Classifications are differentiated by sales volume, ratio of food sales to total sales, or whether firms specialize in one staple food group," but does not provide explanation of the classifications.
