This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Records relating to TAT-14. Records include, but are not limited to:
1) the most recent cable landing license for TAT-14
2) FCC communications with the (Army, State Department, Department of Defense, NSA, and/or FBI) involving TAT-14. This includes emails, notes, letters, memos and other forms of communications between agencies involving TAT-14.
3) Location sites FCC allows for TAT-14.
Search from October 1, 1998 to present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
