Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all records, documents, and materials held by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) concerning the work or investigations of The Internet Crime Complaint Center and Recovery Asset Team (RAT) from February 1, 2018, to the present day.

The requested information should include, but not be limited to:

1. Any FBI investigative files, reports, memos, or correspondence involving the work of IC3 and the RAT Team, including but not limited to all the closed cases that are not currently active;
2. Any records of communication or cooperation between the FBI, IC3, and the RAT Team, including but not limited to all the closed cases that are not currently active;
2. Any records of communication or cooperation between the FBI, IC3, the RAT Team and financial institutions or any other law enforcement or intelligence agencies, foreign or domestic, in relation to the use, monitoring, or investigation of IC3 and the RAT Team;
3. Any guidelines, policies, or procedures established by the FBI, IC3, and the RAT for case selection and investigations and any training materials provided to IC3 personnel concerning case selection and criteria that need to be met in order for a case to be forwarded to RAT and FBI;
4. Any records of complaints, inquiries, or reports submitted to the FBI regarding activities of the IC3 the RAT Team.

Please search not only for main file records (this is the FBI’s default search) but also for “cross-reference” records in the FBI's Central Records System, Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) records, and any other appropriate records systems for the requested information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
