Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
i was seeking any correspondence in the office of the Administrator Anne Milgram related to the FOIA logs, FOIA back logs, any communication s in related to any requests.
In addition I was also seeking any information in relation to changes to the DEA FOIA Staff during the course of her tenure as administrator.
Only records during the tenure of Anne Milgram.

I would like to appeal this on 5 U.S.C 552, and 18 U.S.C 798.
I feel the *new*DEA Section Chief is acting like an immature infamous disgraceful seditious terrorist.
I wonder to myself if these people think a lack of candor is a reason for people stare into a dysfunctional place?
The search indicates 'correspondence'. Correspondence can only be interpreted in 3-4 ways. Email, Paper, Calendar, Meeting Records etc. I feel the Section chief was probably engaging in obstruction of justice with intent.
Attached infographic to support 18 U.S.C. 798. If the agency doesn't exhibit a candor worthy of recogition aside from distain, public interest wanes.

An request for appeal was sent to Muckrock to process on 10/11/2024 and that has somehow been lost in the mail. Or whatever.
I felt this needed to be reported for insider threat.
This person issuing the determination is a new hire to the position and appears they were attempting to obstruct records of changes within the organization. As exists publicly I have appealed and prevailed on the agency in FOIA an estimated 24 times in the past 36 months which shows a type of pattern of misconduct. The agency has made repeated changes to its FOIA staff as is publicly available including job postings.
I felt it was sedition.
Pursuant to 18 USC 2384
'If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States,' Including but not limited to 5 USC 552, and 5 USC 552a.
Persons cannot claim to be working on behalf of the government or in advocacy of transparency of records and lack the candor and legal prowess to understand the proper administration of law related to such including but not limited to customer service and fiduciary duties etc.
