Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any investigation of double dipping, forgery, or fraud of the McLennan County Sheriff's department. All memos, emails, letters, reports, or any communications concerning any allegations of double dipping by McLennan County Sheriff's officers, Nixon, Eubank, Eubank, Wilcock, Prevynovak, and others beginning in 2021 until the present. This could be out of your Ft.Worth office and REginald Lee.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I, with informants inside and outside of the McLennan County Sheriff's department, under the Public Information Act, got copies of the Sheriff's deputies time sheets, and compared these sheets to the sheets obtained through the Texas Department of Transportation, we also sent them to the United States Dept. of Transportation and I received a call from Reginald Lee of the Ft. Worth Office. My group and I put ourselves at risk and proved that indeed the McLennan County Sheriff deputies, about twelve of them, were double dipping, it was obvious in the comparison of the documents.
Both Reginald Lee and Holly Zakarias talked to me, thanked us for our work, and since I obtained these records through MUCKROCK, they're online and publc forever.
Informants called Reginald Lee and we all sat around and waited. We waited and waited. We're still waiting.
Something happened and this entire thing got closed down and forgotten. WHAM. None of us can even get in touch with Reginald Lee or Holly Zakarias.
We are in danger and this is a travesty, please do something.

I have documents showing I talked with Reginald Lee, this is a terrible thing to do to us, the ones who put this together. TXDot seems to have dropped everything, nothing shows up, just like with you. THIS is a terrible thing to do to people who still care about corruption, especially in Texas where the crooks run free over the rest of us and you just let them do it. Unreal. This is so shameful. Guess nothing matters at all anymore. Thanks for tipping me over giving up or not. I give up, the crooks and those who let this go on, you, have won.
