To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Indices and lists of documents labeled and numbered "T.S. No." or "TS No.", including those that may be listed or sub-listed by year or subject (i.e. a 1962 document may be numbered "104642/62", while an aerial reconnaissance document may be numbered "100309/a").
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Michael Best

The request has been rejected as being too vague, burdensome or otherwise unprocessable.
From: Michael Best
I am appealing the rejection as "too broad" as I requested specific documents and provided a lead for locating them. While a search might not be successful in locating the files, I provided enough information for a good faith attempt to be made.
