Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all files on "Unconventional Spacecraft Propulsion Systems" by inventor Salvatore Cezar Pais -- specifically, "Craft using an inertial mass reduction device" (Patent: US10144532B2; https://patents.google.com/patent/US10144532B2/en?inventor=Salvatore+Cezar+Pais) and "High frequency gravitational wave generator" (Patent: US10322827B2; https://patents.google.com/patent/US10322827B2/en?inventor=Salvatore+Cezar+Pais). Additionally, I am wanting to know about any projects that are utilizing these patents and/or concepts within the Department of the Navy that are permitted to be released.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
