Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide any and all data submissions containing brain EEG and/or bio-marker recordings and/or any other human test subject related data submitted by the University of Pennsylvania and/or Nia Therapeutics (Cortera Neurotechnologies) and/or Blackfynn between the years 2015- Current. In particular, please provide submissions from the University of Pennsylvania's Computational Memory Lab, Complex Systems Group, and/or any recordings related to the DARPA Restoring Active Memory Project, co-operative agreement N66001-14-2-4-032. Additionally, please provide the data in whatever format it was submitted. No processing on the data is required unless it has been encrypted, in which case please decrypt it prior to providing it.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
