Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All communications between Stephen Miller, White House senior advisor, and Department of Justice leadership and staff -- including assistant attorney general Joseph H. Hunt, executive officer Catherine V. Emerson, principal deputy assistant attorney general Ethan P. Davis, and deputy assistant attorney general Scott V. Stewart -- regarding the formation of the Civil Division's Denaturalization Section, which was announced to the public on February 26, 2020.

All communications between the aforementioned parties and Miller between January 2019 and February 26, 2020 referring to "citizenship," "citizens," "denaturalization," "denaturalize," "denaturalized," or "denaturalizing."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
