I am requesting all electronic, written, Graph, , videos, lot Nonconsensual Human Research experimentation research in Kankakee county Illinois for brain & behavioral research via UILABS a private laboratory under the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and contractors from the UILABS/MxD Military Industrial Complex list of partners . I am requesting all Names, research projects (also black budgets), all partners involved within the department of defense military branches for space air land and sea, military contractors Such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman , military techno loft institutions, biomedical institutions & research institutions , Illinois universities such as the university of Illinois, university of Chicago, Northwestern university , , all satellites, drones, used for the tracking and surveillance research. Any research involving smart medicine ;liquid Mesogens, MEMS, crystal Mesogens, nanotechnology, military grade nanotechnology, military weapons research using RADIO FREQUENCIES or RF frequency for brain research communication , satellites and drones tracking, surveillance, measurements, for Brain & Behavioral Research.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
