Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all records on Taher Dajani who's date of birth is: 12/9/1933 and who's date of death was: 12/22/2021. Mr. Dejani's death was publicized on several public online news outlets and memorial pages including: https://www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/alexandria-va/taher-dajani-10499985 and in the Washington Post: https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/washingtonpost/name/taher-dajani-obituary?id=31998564

Mr. Dejani was born a citizen of Palestine in immigrated to the United States in 1955. At his time of death Mr. Dejani was a resident of Alexandria, VA.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest as Mr. Dejani was a public figure who held leadership positions at The International Monetary Fund and the Central Bank of Lybia and was a published author who's books are still widely sold online and in bookstores.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
