"This was a violation of all medical ethics, all international codes/military's own policy at that time," These previous FOIA requests should be released in it's entirity for the good of the public, along with all files relating to this subject. Many documents were not published.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
