Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Grant and subgrant agreements, including all exhibits and attachments cited in those grants and/or subgrants, that were approved in calendar years 2023 and 2024 to date that meet any of the following conditions:
• between the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) and include the words "Delaware Watershed Conservation Fund" or "DWCF"
• between the NFWF or the DWCF and the Fairmount Park Conservancy
• that are referenced by the phrase "$1.5 million for restoring habitat and increasing equitable access to nature at Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park" in the FWS press release "U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces over $17 Million for Delaware River Basin Restoration" (August 29, 2024; posted at https://www.fws.gov/press-release/2024-08/us-fish-and-wildlife-service-announces-over-17-million-delaware-river-basin)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
