To assist in the identification of records, please note the following identifiers:
DOB: June 26, 1968
POB: Trou-du-Nord, Haiti
The subject Jovenel Moïse is known to be deceased; please see attached PDF for news source affirming this. Privacy interests recognized under exemptions to the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act are diminished. Records should be produced in the public interest.
Systems of Records to be searched may include (not exclusively): United States Coast Guard (USCG) Law Enforcement Information Data Base (LEIDB)/Pathfinder; USCG Law Enforcement (ULE); Maritime Awareness Global Network (MAGNET).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
