This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting documents matching the following characteristics be released to me:
1.) The business plan portion of the I-526 petition filed for the "1 Journal Square" EB-5 project being sponsored by the "U.S. Immigration Fund" EB-5 regional Center and being developed through a partnership between Kushner Companies and the KABR Group.
2.) Between January 1, 2012 and Present Day
Should you need additional information, documents, or guidance, please let me know BEFORE closing my request. Furthermore, unless every letter in the requested documents is except from disclosure, do not redact an entire email or record in its entirety. Only redact exempt information such as, emails, phone number, names, personal information, etc.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
