Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The current passenger train emergency preparedness plan submitted to and approved by FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 239 for the commuter rail system operated in/around Salt Lake City, UT by/for the Utah Transit Authority. Please include all attachments, appendices, etc.

The requested documents will be made immediately and freely available to the general public on muckrock.com, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I request that for the purposes of this request I be placed in the "Other" requester category.

Pursuant to 49 CFR 7.24(b)(3), I am willing to pay all applicable fees, including fees in excess of $25, up to a maximum of $60.

Pursuant to 49 CFR 7.24(a)(4) I request that the request be filled electronically if possible, preferably by e-mail attachment if available, or by upload at the below link.

Please release all reasonably segregable material.
