Veterans administration use of scientology (Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

We have just learned about the CIA and the Veterans Administration coordinating care and targeting towards veterans with the use of contracting with the church of Scientology. Are there other churches also contracted to target veterans? Seeking information on any and all contracts with the church of Scientology. Is the VA using the church of Scientology to target veterans? How many veterans are on the list? How many mental health contracts does the VA have with the church of Scientology and the mental health dept?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
