Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide records sufficient to determine the number of voluntary employee union recognitions from October 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. If available, please provide records about individual recognition with such fields as employer, location, description of bargaining unit, union, and size of unit, and any other non-exempt fields on Form NLRB-5581.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am following up on FOIA request 2025-NLFO-00889 which you submitted on January 8, 2025, to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) seeking "records sufficient to determine the number of voluntary employee union recognitions from October 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024."
I received confirmation from the Division of Operations-Management that the Agency no longer collects/tracks/dockets voluntary recognition (VR) cases, effective September 30, 2024. (Included in the last batch of VR cases you requested I think there was one case that was docketed in October, but that was an anomaly and shouldn't have been docketed.)
Would you like for us to send you an official FOIA determination letter documenting this, or would you like to withdraw your request?
