To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. The after action report, the plan of the day, and the trip itinerary for the US Marine Band’s December 16, 2024 White House performances.
2. Correspondence between any employee, official, or officer of the US Marine Band and the White House concerning the band’s December 16, 2024 performance.
3. Copies of any musical arrangements, or recordings created in preparation or for the US Marine Corps Band's December 16, 2024 White House performance.

Please limit your search to the period between November 1, 2024 - December 17, 2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I believe that I should be categorized as an “Other Requester,” requiring me to pay for the Search and Duplication, excluding the cost of the first 2 hours of search and 100 pages. I expect that this request will be within that range.

In the unlikely event that the request exceeds that limit, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Russel Neiss
