Mr. Waltman,

In Utah we license Bail Bond Producers in the Utah Insurance Department
(UID). We do not license Bail Enforcement Agents. They are
licensed/registered? with Public Safety. The UID does not have any records
relative to bail enforcement. We do not collect any of the information
requested. Our Bail Bond Agents do not notify us if they are also
enforcement agents. What I know is there are three levels of enforcement
licensing each with certain criteria.

https://bci.utah.gov/bail-enforcement/bail-enforcement-licensees-in-utah/
is the address to get to licensees licensed in Utah.

I hope this helps.
