Hi,
Thanks for your response. Do you know what agency might have the requested documents?
-Vanessa
From: Department of Health
Vanessa,
We received your GRAMA request for information on "hospitals that have been
found to be in violation of the law requiring sexual assault victims to
receive emergency contraception upon request."
We do not have any records that are responsive to your request, and do not
show any hospitals as having cited findings in violation of the law you
referenced in your request.
Thanks
Tom

Thanks,
I'm wondering if you have no documents because you aren't the agency that maintains them, or because there haven't been any violations?
-Vanessa
From: Department of Health
If there are violations we aren't aware of them in our division. I'm not
sure what agency would have records of this.
Below was our response on 12/1/17.
