Any and all police reports and related records, including photo and video, concerning Mr. Nicholas Neal Barclay, State ID #1137206, DOB 02/06/1989.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have attached all Booking Photos and Institutional History of Mr. Barclay. The Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office does not have any police reports or video on file of Mr. Barclay.
To request police reports contact Salt Lake City Police Department and Unified Police Department.
