Pursuant to the Government Records Access and Management Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all written or electronic communications sent or receive by PLPCO Director/ DNR Deputy Director Redge Johnson that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "Stand for our Land", or otherwise refer to the recent litigation that Utah filed against the federal government to gain control of more than 18 million acres of BLM land. Our records indicate that we responded to this GRAMA request On September 5, 2024, via email to this same email address: requests@muckrock.com . There appears to be some confusion here, likely created by the fact that your numerous GRAMA requests each come from a different email address and are likely generated by some form of Artificial Intelligence. You should re-check your emails received on September 5, 2024, if you are able to. There should be nothing to follow up on here.
