Pursuant to the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act, I request the following public records:

UTA's current passenger train emergency preparedness plan prepared in accordance with 49 CFR Part 239, pertaining to the FrontRunner rail system. Please include any appendices or other attachments.

I request that the requested document(s) be sent electronically by email. I am willing to pay fees, however should fees exceed $25 I would be grateful if you could provide an estimate prior to proceeding.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
