Any and all documents, communications, memorandums, letters, email messages, text messages, or other forms of correspondence (including electronic records) between Utah County Clerk/Auditor Amelia Powers Gardner and 1) Jonathan Johnson 2) Medici Ventures 3) Overstock.com 4) Tusk Philanthropies, or 5) Voatz sent or received between January 1, 2018 and August 10, 2020.
any and all reports, records, communications, memorandums, lists, audio files, video files, digital files, internal correspondence and external correspondence, emails, training presentations, PowerPoint slides, Microsoft Word files and other documents including or referencing the keywords "Voatz," "Medici Ventures," "Tusk Philanthropies," "Jonathan Johnson," and "Overstock.com" sent or received between January 1, 2018 and August 10, 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

I received your attached GRAMA request for records and communication relative to Amelia Powers Gardner. We have accepted your request. We have accepted your request for a fee waiver.
This office is currently processing a large number of records requests. In addition, as you have requested a voluminous quantity of records, we are claiming extraordinary circumstances under Utah Code 63G-2-204(5,6). We will respond further within 90 days, November 26, 2020.

Notice of Right to Appeal: You have the right to appeal a denial. The appeal must be in writing stating the reasons the record(s) should be released. Thank you for providing the date when these records will be available. Utah Code 63G-2-204 section 4 (iv) requires you to do so, consistent with the requirements of Subsection 7, which again requires you to provide an estimate of the amount of time it will take to finish the work required to respond to the request. Providing a date when you will respond further, as you did on August 26 and on November 25, did not fulfill this statutory responsibility. I look forward to receiving these documents on or before January 8, 2020.
