Pursuant to the Government Records Access and Management Act, I hereby request the following records:
· A copy of the standard curriculum currently used for sexual education throughout the school district. If there is different standard curricula for different grade levels, I would like all of those individual curricula.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Attached you will find a copy of the health and human sexuality core
standards and objectives in the state of Utah for:
- Grades 7-8 <https://www.uen.org/core/core.do?courseNum=7100>
- Grades 9-12 <https://www.uen.org/core/core.do?courseNum=7150>
In Utah, LEAs may select resources and curriculum to teach those standards.
Alpine School District has elected to allow teachers to utilize a variety
of curriculum to teach these standards; however, the curriculum comes from
an approved list. That list of resources can be found here
