Seeking logs of 911 calls (and audio recordings) from Security Guards at Bed Bath & Beyond for all oversized vehicles from January 1, 2020 to Present. Logs should include the following:

PLATINUM SECURITY - ALL 911 AUDIO CALL RECORDINGS IN REGARDS TO RV'S PARKED ON-SITE (JANUARY 2022 - PRESENT)

1) Seeking 911 audio recordings, 911 logs, body-cam footage (if available), incident narratives, name, badge numbers, outcome/resolution, and call transcripts made between the security guards at Bed Bath & Beyond (4040 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93003) for RV's or oversized vehicles parked on-site from January 1st, 2022 to Present. If 911 audio isn’t available then alternatively a list of calls made and emergency dispatches between January 1st, 2022 to the Present. This also includes oversized vehicles (RV's) parked on adjacent lots: Trek Bikes, Target and McDonalds.

PLATINUM SECURITY 911 AUDIO CALL RECORDINGS FOR LICENSE PLATE 8TPB452 (COACHMAN SANTARA)

1) Requesting the 911 audio calls, body-cam footage (if available), and logs for the incidents on the dates shown below. This relates to calls made between the security guards for Bed, Bath & Beyond (4040 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93003) for RV's, oversized vehicles parked on-site and on the Trek Bikes Lot.

- 8/30 around 4 PM in regards to an oversized vehicle parked behind Bed Bath & Beyond. No notice was provided to the vehicle owner prior to towing in violation of CVC 22658(A) and it was towed with a service dog inside.
- 8/31 around 10:00 AM for an oversized vehicle parked on the Trek Bikes Property. This call may have been made around this time or later by the security guard for Bed Bath & Beyond.
- 9/14 approximately around 4:00 PM for an oversized vehicle parked on the Trek Bikes Lot, list of responding officers and badge numbers, incident/police report whichever is applicable.
- 9/28 evening from the Platinum Security security guard. Call may have been closer to 4:30 PM.
- 10/3 at approximately 4:00 PM or later from the Platinum Security Guard regarding an oversized vehicle. Seeking any 911 audio calls made in the evening regarding an oversized vehicle on the same day but behind WinCo on Westinghouse St and Goodyear Avenue.

In addition to the 911 audio recordings, my request also includes any body-cam footage from all responding officers for the incidents on 8/30, and 8/14.

1) Seeking 911/Non emergency line audio recordings, incident narratives, and call transcripts made in relation to incident report #22-52412 by Officer Ashley Hetzel by Jeffrey Gieseke. Also seeking body-cam footage related to this incident report. In addition, also seeking a PDF copy of the incident report with a FULL narrative by Officer Ashley Hetzel in regards to the urine and threats made by the on-site security as was requested originally by the victim Jeff Gieseke.

1) Seeking all documents filed on behalf of Dollinger Properties for the property located at Bed Bath & Beyond (4040 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93003). These documents refer to the rights given to the police department for enforcing posted regulations and which entitle the on-site security to enforce said regulations.
2) Seeking all documents relating to the full jurisdiction of on-site security for Bed Bath & Beyond in Ventura, CA. This should show a GIS map showing the property boundaries in PDF form.

Please provide me with these logs in a machine-readable ASCII format, such as a CSV, SQL, TXT, or similar raw file. CSV or SQL files are preferred when available. Other public records should be in PDF format and for audio in a .wav or .mp3 format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
