To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Graduation or class photos of the 109th basic class, which graduated May 2019. If both group class photos, and individualized officer photos are available, then please include both. Also please be sure to include any captions or labels that identify the graduates in the photos.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning,
I am sorry to say we do not have pictures of the 109th class. Due to COVID-19 the class was in a lock down academy and they made sacrifices to finish training, which means no one was allowed at the Academy to take their pictures.
