Pursuant to the Vermont public records law (1 V.S.A. ยงยง 315-320), I hereby request the following records:

All contracts with Dubois Construction -- including instances where Dubois was brought in as a subcontractor -- between 1995 and 2015

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good morning, Mr. Craven;

We have completed the estimate that you requested for all contracts with Dubois Construction -- including instances where Dubois was brought in as a subcontractor -- between 1995 and 2015. The following is a breakdown of the estimate:

1680 minutes for staff time @ $0.45/minute = $756.00
Shipping if records are put on a CD = $10.00
CD 1 @ .86 = $00.86
Total estimate = $766.86

As the cost estimate is greater than $100.00, AOT policy is that responsive records are not provided until payment has been received and are not provided piecemeal.
