Pursuant to the Vermont public records law (1 V.S.A. §§ 315-320), I hereby request the following records:
All contracting documents between DuBois construction and the agency between 1995 and 2010.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have completed the estimate that you requested for all contracting documents between DuBois construction and the agency between 1995 and 2010. The following is a breakdown of the estimate:
600 minutes for time spent @ $0.45/minute = $270.00
Shipping if records are put on a CD = $ 20.00
Total estimate = $290.00
