I am including ten requests in this document. They are numbered with each request.

1. I would like a copy of the budget for the Police Chaplain program, list of all Police Chaplains, their guidelines for work, and their authorization for use of force.

2. I would like any and all emails and texts between Frank Ippolito and/or Anthony Fanucci, Paul Spinelli, John Procopio, Maritza Gonzalez, Angela Calakos, Ruben Bermudez, Edwin Alicia, Chief Timothy Codispoti, Thomas Ulrich, Rudy Beu, Chris Fulcher, and John Lauria from December 2014 through April 29th 2015 regarding "black lives matters" or "melissa byrne" or "walter hudson" or "jerame reid" or "ferguson" or "outside agitator" or "riots" or "phillip white" or "alissa allen" or anything regarding the chaplain program response to any of the deaths in police custody.

3 . I would like any and all emails and texts between Chief Timothy Codispoti and/ or Frank Ippolito, Anthony Fanucci, Paul Spinelli, John Procopio, Maritza Gonzalez, Angela Calakos, Ruben Bermudez, Edwin Alicia, Thomas Ulrich, Rudy Beu, Chris Fulcher, and John Lauria from December 2014 through April 29th 2015 regarding "black lives matters" or "melissa byrne" or "walter hudson" or "jerame reid" or "anonymous" or "ferguson" or "outside agitator" or "riots" or "phillip white" or "alissa allen" or anything regarding the chaplain program response to any of the deaths in police custody. This should also including planning memos for department response to death of Phillip White authored by the Chief, including his notes.

4. I request the use of force guidelines for less lethal force including tear gas for civil disturbance and unrest. This includes how much and what kind of tear gas, pepper pellets, and smoke bombs the Vineland police own. Who is in charge of making decisions for use of violence against protesters?

5. I would like the full list of all Vineland Police Department employees.

6. All documents relating to taking the Vineland Police Departments website offline and information on when it will be up again for the public.

7. I would like any and all emails and texts between Thomas Ulrich and/or Chief Timothy Codispoti, Frank Ippolito, Anthony Fanucci, Paul Spinelli, John Procopio, Maritza Gonzalez, Angela Calakos, Ruben Bermudez, Edwin Alicia, Thomas Ulrich, Rudy Beu, Chris Fulcher, and John Lauria from December 2014 through April 29th 2015 regarding "black lives matters" or "melissa byrne" or "walter hudson" or "jerame reid" or "anonymous" or "ferguson" or "outside agitator" or "riots" or "phillip white" or "alissa allen" or anything regarding the chaplain program response to any of the deaths in police custody. 10. I would like complaints for excessive force over the past five years and their resolution.
