Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All Advisories, Suspicious Activity Reports, Tips, Intelligence Briefs, Intel Reports, Leads Information or Data, Maps, Bulletins, BOLOs, and/or Joint Bulletins from 7 October 2023 to 14 October 2023 (inclusive) regarding an alleged pro-Hamas "day of jihad" or "day of rage."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Nash:
In response to your Freedom of Information request, please be advised that our records show a balance of $24.97 for a charge in connection with your previous FOIA request (24-FOIA-144) which was billed on January 30, 2024.
Since more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since billing, in accordance with Section 2.2-3704(I) of the Code of Virginia (Freedom of Information Act), we will require payment of this outstanding balance before we will be able to process this or any future requests.
Please remit the amount indicated on the enclosed invoice. Payments may now be made by a credit/debit card through our new online payment portal here or you may pay by check.
If you wish to pay by check, please make your check payable to the “County of Fairfax” and mail it to my attention at the below-listed address below. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and reference our control number on your check to ensure your payment is properly processed. Please note that payments must be paid in full and cannot be split.
