Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any contract, MOU or other agreement between Virginia Commonwealth University and DegreeAnalytics
Any reports or databases submitted to VCU by Degree Analytics between Jan. 1, 2019 and the time this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

As you know, this office received your request for information below.
Specifically, you have asked for (1) a copy of any contract, MOU or other
agreement between VCU and DegreeAnalytics; and (2) any reports or databases
submitted to VCU by DegreeAnalytics between January 1, 2019 and the present.
Attached is a copy of the contract between VCU and DegreeAnalytics that is
responsive to the first part of your request. As to the second part of
your request, because VCU is in the initial stages of the RAM Attend pilot,
VCU has not received any reports or databases from DegreeAnalytics
analyzing student attendance data. Therefore, the requested records do not
exist. However, additional details and FAQs that will be updated regularly
that may be useful to you are available here:
