Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all correspondence between yourself or your legislative assistant Miles Gordon and any of the following individuals between the period January 1, 2018 and today, January 9, 2020:
* William Murray, lobbyist for Dominion Energy;
* Grant Neely, current spokesperson for Ralph Northam and former spokesperson for Dominion Energy;
* Jeff Kelley, in his role as spokesperson for NH District Corporation or otherwise;
* Any individual employed by or acting on behalf of NH District Corporation and/or NH District Foundation;
* Any other individual employed by Dominion Energy and/or its subsidiaries;
* Lincoln Saunders, chief of staff for Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney;
* Damon Duncan, CEO of RRHA.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
