Pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Emails, memos or reports sent or received by Parole Board members Karen D. Brown, Algie T. Howell, Jr., Rev. A. Lincoln James, and Sherman P. Lea, Sr. mentioning the terms: compassionate release, Deerfield, senior, elder, or aging. The search should range between Jan. 1, 2014 and the time this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am indeed a Virginia citizen. Please process my request, and I should add that I am disappointed it took you a month to reject the request without seeking clarification on my status when the statute clearly states responses should come within five business days.
