- all emails received or sent to/from the director that mention "conversion therapy" between Jan. 1, 2017 and the time this request is processed
- all reports, memos or policies ( draft or finished) that mention Virginia SB 245 and HB 363
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Due to system limitations, I have had to separate Dr. Brown's emails into
seven files. I am also unable to send all of the documents in one email,
so I will be sending you multiple emails.
The Subject line of subsequent emails will be entitled "VA FOIA -
Conversion Therapy #." The numbering will start with 2, and the last email
will also say "(Last of the documents)."
