I am writing to ask for your help with a request under the Virginia State Open Records Law, Va Code sec §2.2-3700 - §2.2-3714.
Would it be possible for you to provide us with the commitment, contribution, distribution, value and IRR information for your private equity, venture capital, distressed debt, mezzanine, fund of funds, real estate, natural resources and/or private debt investments? If possible, we would like to obtain this information as of December 31, 2020.
Thank you very much for your help with this request. I understand that I may be charged for the cost of the copies requested, and agree to pay these charges.

This request was initial made to the County on 07/01/2022 by Hayley Parker. It is our understanding that Ms. Hayley Parker is the requester. An email was sent in September requesting an address.
Please be advised that pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3704(A), the County requires the requester's legal address to process the request. We require Ms. Parker's address to process this FOIA request. This request will not be processed unless and until such information is received.
