This is a request for a public record made pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following information: Any investigative, administrative, formal, or informal complaint(s) received (including emails, photos, and other written forms) regarding code enforcement officials Kerry Leuzinger, and/or Paul Traider, and/or Jeff Bergman.
This includes but is not limited to complaints filed and/or received via the County of Volusia, Volusia County Growth and Resource Management, Volusia County Code Compliance, Volusia County Zoning Department, Volusia County Building and Code Administration, Volusia County Council, Volusia County Code Enforcement Board, and Volusia County Building Department and Permits.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge, processed by a representative of the news media/press, and is not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
I would prefer the request be filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available.
Should my request be refused, kindly provide the specific legislative citation for the rejection, as required by Section 119.07(1)(d) of the Florida Statutes.
