Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Attention Vicki Potter, Human Resources https://www.volusia.org/government/public-records-requests.stml
List names, salaries/wages of all former Volusia County Government Information Technology employees who have worked for and/or are now working as "contractors" at Volusia County Government in the Information Technology section.
State whether these former Volusia County Government Information Technology employees left the county through FRS retirement, DROP or for any other reason.
State these former employees previous job titles and job descriptions and salaries while working in Volusia County Information Technology as county employees.
State the current job titles and job descriptions and position descriptions of the former employees now working as contractors in Volusia County Information Technology department.
State whether the contractor is working full-time or part-time and number of hours per week and hourly rate or salary.
State the contracting company and how much Volusia County pays the contracting company for each former Information Technology employee previously working or now working as contractors at the county.
State how long each contract is or was for.
Include the date range January 1, 2016 to present date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

State whether these former Volusia County Government Information Technology employees left the county through FRS retirement, DROP or for any other reason. Included in spreadsheet
State these former employees previous job titles and job descriptions and salaries while working in Volusia County Information Technology as county employees. Included in attachments
State the current job titles and job descriptions and position descriptions of the former employees now working as contractors in Volusia County Information Technology department. All are considered temporary, leased employees.
State whether the contractor is working full-time or part-time and number of hours per week and hourly rate or salary. All are working part time, number of hours vary. The current rate of pay is included in the attached spreadsheet.
State the contracting company and how much Volusia County pays the contracting company for each former Information Technology employee previously working or now working as contractors at the county. Temporary employees work through either AUE Staffing or Lyneer Staffing. The county pays AUE Staffing 27.18% of the contractors pay and pays Lyneer Staffing 19.87%.
State how long each contract is or was for. Until the job is finished
Include the date range January 1, 2016 to present date.
