Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to formally request access to the bodycam footage under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) related to the DUI and reckless driving incident involving Sarah Ramswammy on Saturday.

Incident Details for Footage Retrieval:

Location: Smyrna Dunes Park, Volusia County, Florida
Suspect: Sarah Ramswammy, 26
Incident Summary: Ramswammy was arrested after driving her vehicle recklessly on a crowded beach at Smyrna Dunes Park, nearly striking beach-goers before her vehicle ended up in the water. Ramswammy was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of 0.153 and was cited for reckless driving and failure to obey a traffic control device.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who responded to the scene and interacted with Ramswammy during the investigation and arrest.

I request the following:

Bodycam footage from all responding officers.
Any related dashcam footage if available.
Any additional audio or video footage related to the incident.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
