This is a request for a public record made pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law Freedom of Information Act.
I hereby request the following information:
Any and all records pertaining to Stop Work Orders issued against residential properties in Volusia County by code enforcement officials Paul Traider, or Jeff Bergman, or Kerry Leuzinger, between January 1, 2020 to present.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge, processed by a representative of the news media/press, and is not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
I would prefer the request be filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available.
Should my request be refused, kindly provide the specific legislative citation for the rejection, as required by Section 119.07(1)(d) of the Florida Statutes.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within a reasonable time frame, according to Section 119.07(1)(a),(c) of the Florida Statutes.

Good morning,
All your requests have been closed due to non-payment. We have sent several quotes two weeks ago to you via both email and our new GovQA portal with no response back. There are several fees due from not only Growth and Resource Management but also from Human Resources, as well as IT. If you are still interested in these requests, you will need to request the information again. Keep in mind that the same fees will be due upon receipt of new requests.
The fees due were broken down for you, but just in case you are still interested in these records and want to know the fees again please see below for what fees will be due.
Growth and Resource Management: $441.75
Information Technology: $1,110.51
Human Resources: $1,333.00
Also, we are transitioning to a new platform for public record requests and all files and communications should go through there. Otherwise, we will not get to your requests and/or responses in a timely manner. Please utilize the portal that was sent to you when you requested the records.
