Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide names, salaries/wages of all former Volusia County Government employees who have worked and/or are now working as "contractors" at Volusia County Government. Include titles and descriptions of those positions held, the department the contractor is working in and whether the contractor is working full-time or part-time. Include the date range January 1, 2017 to September 16, 2022. For 2022, include the year to date information. Include former employees who have left the county through retirement, DROP or for any other reason.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

In response to your public records request highlighted below is the following information for the Volusia County Tax Collector’s office (only). The invoices we receive have had other contracted employees listed as well.
Theses employees worked/work part-time and have retired from Volusia County employment previously.
Eva Cobb – Administrative Assistant, billed rate by Sunshine Enterprises - $23.40 per hour – from January 2021 to July 2021.
Ramona Smiley – Motorist Services Specialist, billed rate by Sunshine Enterprises - $22.10 per hour – from October 2021 to present.
