Good morning: Florida's retention period for internal investigation records varies depending on the type of record and outcome of the investigation. Many records are retained in a range of 1 to 5 years; in general, records are not retained for the entire 10-year period referenced in your request. Because disciplinary records are not sorted by assignment, there is no existing database of disciplinary action specific to school resource deputies. However, we've gathered all the records in our possession that we believe are responsive to your request, and they're attached. I'm not aware of any Sheriff's Office records that would include spreadsheets or other logs tracking misconduct lawsuits involving school resource deputies, and I'm also not aware of any such lawsuits.

Warning An exclamation point.
