From: Bernadette Feazell
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records of a case against Bernadette Feazell, this case has been dismissed. The records I search are any and ALL records of meetings with prosecutors or then DA Margaret Moore, including phone, email, letter, and any and all Sheriff's department personnel McLennan County, Texas Rangers, and Parnell McNamara personally. Because Margaret Moore was a classmate of Sheriff McNamara, I ask for any and all correspondence between them. Any and all names and records of this investigation along with reports from the Sheriff of Travis County. Any and all records or notes from investigators in the DA's office concerning Bernadette Feazell and the fact that this case was so poorly investigated it was filed in the wrong county. Any and all filing of complaint by Bernadette Feazell signed by DocuSign last year. In other words, I want everything you have especially anything personal because this was in the wrong county by people who have known one another their entire lives and went to Baylor against a 73 year old woman who does not drive. Any and all copies of complaints filed by Bernadette Feazell and any ad all cases filed by her and their status. This is to also include greeting cards.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Bernadette Feazell
